You can join our regular office hours without making an appointment in advance.

Please note: The office hours of the Study Abroad Advisory will be cancelled on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 due to illness. Please use the office hours of the Erasmus+ teams instead.

Erasmus+ Programme (for outgoing students)
The Erasmus+ office hours take place exclusively during the lecture period in the Service Centre for Students (OEC 1.135) and by telephone (+49 551 39-28803). In the winter semester 2025/26, we start on Monday, 27 October:
- Business Studies Erasmus+ Programme: Thursdays, 15:00-16:00
- Economics Erasmus+ Programme: Fridays, 10:00-11:00
