SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am particularly interested in sensory neurobiology. I would love to learn more about sensory systems and use electrophysiological, molecular and bahvioral approaches to understand neural mechanisms that link sensory input to a behavioral output. I am looking forward to gaining better understanding of neuroscience during the course of this program, to learn new techniques, and to become acquainted with different model organisms.
